These terms of service govern your use of lastdayops.com and the Lastday platform, operated by Handover Engine Inc. operating as Lastday.

The Service
Lastday is a unified operating layer for businesses. It captures, structures, connects, and surfaces operational knowledge in one governed environment.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Your Data
You own your data. We are custodians. Your data rights, including access, export, correction, and deletion, survive contract termination.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lastday for lawful business purposes and not to interfere with the platform's operation or other clients' use of the service.
AI Features
AI features within Lastday are assistive. They do not replace professional advice. AI outputs should be reviewed before acting on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. Upon termination, you may export your data. Data deletion is available upon request subject to lawful retention obligations.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
