About
Lastday was founded because we watched businesses lose knowledge, lose control, and lose time to fragmentation. We believed one governed system could end that loss.

Businesses don't lose control because they lack effort. They lose control because operational truth is fragmented across people, files, communications, and disconnected systems. The result is missed context, weak accountability, poor visibility, and avoidable loss.
We built Lastday to end that. One governed operating environment where fragmented signals become structured clarity. Where knowledge is captured before it's lost, connected before it's siloed, and governed before it's compromised.
We started with a written constitution, not a pitch deck. Before a single line of code, we defined what the product must always do, what it may never do, and how every decision would be governed. That constitution still binds every feature, every policy, and every line of code today.
Lastday exists so a business can surface operational signals early, structure them visibly, assign ownership, preserve provenance, and carry them into governed follow-through, before friction becomes loss.
